Xeito exists because remote job searching in Europe is unnecessarily broken. Listings are scattered across dozens of boards, full of hybrid roles mislabeled as remote, duplicates, and outdated postings. We built Xeito to fix that.
Our mission is simple: give every software developer in Europe one place to find verified, 100% remote jobs — filtered, deduplicated, and ranked by AI. No hybrid. No on-site. No noise.

Xeito was created by Abellan Labs S.L.U., a small software company based in Ourense, Spain. After spending years watching developer friends struggle to find genuine remote work across European job boards, we decided to build the tool we always wished existed.
We launched in 2026 with a simple premise: aggregate every remote tech job in Europe into one clean, fast, AI-powered platform. Today Xeito indexes jobs from 11 sources daily, serves developers in 13 languages, and is trusted by thousands of job seekers across Europe.
