What is the 14-day withdrawal right?
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your initial subscription and receive a proportional refund for unused days — unless we failed to properly inform you of your withdrawal right before the contract began, in which case you're entitled to a full refund with no deduction. This 14-day right applies once per subscription contract, from the start of that subscription — including a new subscription if you resubscribe after cancelling. It does not re-open on automatic renewal of the same plan.
