Your right to withdraw under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Withdrawing From Your Subscription
Your Xeito subscription is a service contract, not digital content supplied on a tangible medium — so the digital-content exception in Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to it. The 14-day right of withdrawal described above applies in full.
If you withdraw after your subscription has started, we will refund the amount you paid minus a proportional deduction for the days of service you've already used, in line with Art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU — unless you were not properly informed of this right under Arts. 6(1)(h) and 8(7) before your subscription began, in which case the full amount is refunded instead (Art. 14(4)(a)(i)).

Refund
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to a proportional deduction for any service already supplied during that period, in line with Art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU — unless you were not properly informed of your withdrawal right under Arts. 6(1)(h) and 8(7) before the contract began, in which case no deduction applies and the full amount is refunded (Art. 14(4)(a)(i)).
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
