Your right to withdraw under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Withdrawing From Your Subscription
Your Xeito subscription is a service contract, not digital content supplied on a tangible medium — so the digital-content exception in Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to it. The 14-day right of withdrawal described above applies in full.
If you withdraw after your subscription has started, we will refund the amount you paid minus a proportional deduction for the days of service you've already used, in line with Art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU — unless you were not properly informed of this right under Arts. 6(1)(h) and 8(7) before your subscription began, in which case the full amount is refunded instead (Art. 14(4)(a)(i)).
Withdrawing From a Credit Pack Purchase
A credit pack purchase is a distance service contract, not digital content supplied on a tangible medium — so the digital-content exception in Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply. The 14-day right of withdrawal described above applies in full.
Because credits are made available immediately, you must expressly request that we begin providing them before your 14-day withdrawal period ends (Art. 8(8) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You confirm this request with the checkbox at checkout.
If you withdraw, you receive a FULL refund of the price paid — Xeito does not currently collect the acknowledgement required to deduct for credits already consumed (Art. 108.4 TRLGDCU), so no deduction applies (Art. 108.5.a TRLGDCU).
The credits granted by this purchase will be removed from your balance; credits already consumed are not charged back to you.
Any refund due is issued to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal request (Art. 13(1)).
Your national consumer-protection law implementing Directive 2011/83/EU applies in the same way.

Refund
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to a proportional deduction for any service already supplied during that period, in line with Art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU — unless you were not properly informed of your withdrawal right under Arts. 6(1)(h) and 8(7) before the contract began, in which case no deduction applies and the full amount is refunded (Art. 14(4)(a)(i)).
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
