Legal terms governing your use of Xeito services
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Xeito's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Abellan Labs, S.L.U reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Use our services only for lawful purposes
User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit through our services. By submitting content, you grant Xeito a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.
You agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Use automated systems to access our services without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Disclaimers & Limitations
Xeito provides job listings and related information as a service to users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listings or content provided by third parties.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Xeito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Refund Policy & Withdrawal Rights
EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish TRLGDCU (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.
Proportional Refunds
Within the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are calculated proportionally based on unused days. The formula is: Refund = Price - (Daily Rate × Days Used). This ensures fair compensation for the service period used.
AI Usage Does Not Affect Your Withdrawal Right
Unlike some digital-content services, your Xeito subscription is a service contract, not digital content under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU:
- Your 14-day withdrawal right applies in full, regardless of how many AI credits included in your plan you've used.
- If you withdraw, only the standard proportional deduction for days of service used applies — no extra deduction for AI usage.
AI credit packs purchased separately from your subscription are governed by their own terms.
Exercise of the Withdrawal Right
The 14-day withdrawal right applies once per subscription contract, from the start of that subscription (including a new subscription if you resubscribe after cancelling). It does not re-open on automatic renewal of the same plan, because renewal does not create a new contract under Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
