Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
サブスクリプションからの撤回について
Xeitoのサブスクリプションはサービス契約であり、有形媒体で提供されないデジタルコンテンツには該当しません。したがって、指令2011/83/EUのArt. 16(m)に定めるデジタルコンテンツ例外は適用されません。上記の14日間の撤回権は全面的に適用されます。
サブスクリプション開始後に撤回される場合、当社は、EU指令2011/83/EUのArt. 14(3)に従い、お支払いいただいた金額から、既にご利用いただいたサービス日数に応じた比例控除を差し引いた額を返金します。ただし、サブスクリプション開始前にArts. 6(1)(h)および8(7)に基づく本権利について適切な説明を受けていなかった場合には、代わりに全額を返金します（Art. 14(4)(a)(i)）。

Refund
撤回権を行使される場合、当社は、配送費用を含め、お客様から受領したすべての支払いを、撤回する旨の決定について当社に通知があった日から14暦日以内に、遅滞なく返金します。ただし、EU指令2011/83/EUのArt. 14(3)に従い、撤回までに既に提供されたサービスについては比例控除の対象となります。もっとも、契約締結前にArts. 6(1)(h)および8(7)に基づく撤回権について適切な説明を受けていなかった場合には、控除は適用されず、全額を返金します（Art. 14(4)(a)(i)）。
