Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
撤回您的订阅
您的 Xeito 订阅是一项服务合同，而非以有形媒介提供的数字内容——因此欧盟指令 2011/83/EU 中 Art. 16(m) 的数字内容例外情形不适用于该合同。上文所述的 14 天撤回权完全适用于您的订阅。
如果您在订阅开始后行使撤回权，我们将退还您已支付的金额，但会根据欧盟指令2011/83/EU Art. 14(3)的规定，按您已使用天数的相应比例扣除服务费用——除非您在订阅开始前未依照Arts. 6(1)(h)和8(7)的规定获得关于该权利的适当告知，在此情形下将改为全额退还（Art. 14(4)(a)(i)）。

Refund
如果您行使撤回权，我们将无不当迟延地退还您已支付的全部款项（包括交付费用），且不迟于我们获悉您撤回决定之日起14个日历日，但将根据欧盟指令2011/83/EU Art. 14(3)的规定，按撤回生效前已提供服务的比例扣除相应金额——除非您在合同订立前未依照Arts. 6(1)(h)和8(7)的规定获得关于撤回权的适当告知，在此情形下不适用任何扣除，将全额退还（Art. 14(4)(a)(i)）。
