The Xeito mobile app brings your job search to your pocket. Whether you’re commuting, travelling, or just away from your desk, you can browse jobs, review your application pipeline, and stay on top of new opportunities without needing to open a laptop.

What the Mobile App Does

The mobile app is designed for staying on top of your search on the go. Key features include:

Browse remote jobs — The full Xeito job feed, filtered by your profile preferences, available on your phone.
View and manage saved jobs — See your Kanban board, move cards between columns, and add notes to job entries.
Push notifications — Get notified when new jobs matching your profile are posted, or when a follow-up reminder you set in the tracker is due.
Native job saving — On mobile, you can save jobs directly from within the app. While the Chrome extension is desktop-only, the mobile app provides an equivalent one-tap save experience for listings you discover in the app.

Downloading the App

Coming soon. The Xeito mobile app is currently in final testing and will be available shortly.

To be notified when the app launches, join the waitlist from your Xeito dashboard under Settings > Mobile App.

Logging In

The mobile app uses the same account as your Xeito web account:

Open the app and tap Log In.
Enter your Xeito email and password, or use Sign in with Google if that’s how you registered.
Your profile, saved jobs, and tracker data sync automatically — everything is in sync across web and mobile.

There is no separate mobile account. Your subscription applies across all platforms.

A Note on the Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension is desktop-only and is not available in Chrome for Android or iOS. However, the mobile app offers a native alternative:

When browsing jobs inside the Xeito app, tap the bookmark icon on any listing to save it directly to your Kanban tracker.
If you find a job on an external site in your mobile browser, you can share the URL to the Xeito app (iOS Share Sheet / Android Share menu) to add it manually to your tracker.

Both methods add the job to the same Saved column in your Kanban board, so your pipeline stays unified whether you’re on desktop or mobile.
