Xeito offers two plans designed to fit where you are in your job search — whether you’re starting out and exploring, or you want the full power of AI-driven search and unlimited application tracking.

Launch Pricing — Limited Window

We launched with a reduced introductory price: €29/month for Premium. This is an introductory launch price and will increase over time toward the standard €45/month as the product grows.

Subscribe now to start at the launch price. If we later change the price of an active subscription, we’ll give you clear advance notice (at least 30 days) by email beforehand, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Plan Overview

Free Plan — €0/month

The Free plan is available to everyone with a Xeito account, forever. Every new account receives 50 AI credits on signup to try the AI tools. It also includes:

10 AI job searches/month — Describe your ideal role in plain language and let the AI find your best matches.
Up to 5 saved jobs — Save your favourite listings to the Job Tracker (shared limit across the Kanban board and browser extension).
Kanban tracker — All columns available with the 5-job cap.
Onboarding wizard — Full profile setup for personalised job matches.

The Free plan is ideal for candidates who are exploring the market and want AI-powered search without any commitment.

Premium Plan — €29/month or €58/quarter (launch price)

The Premium plan is for candidates who are actively applying and want AI-powered support throughout their entire search. Everything in Free, plus:

Unlimited saved jobs — No cap on how many roles you track simultaneously.
Full Kanban board — All columns unlocked with no restrictions.
Browser extension — Save jobs from LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and 30+ other boards with one click.
CSV export — Download your full tracker data at any time for offline use or sharing with a career coach.
Follow-up reminders — Set reminders on job cards to chase recruiters or prepare for upcoming interviews.
200 AI job searches/month — Run far more searches and iterate quickly on your query.
AI reranking — Results are scored and re-ordered by AI for the highest possible relevance. Each result shows a match percentage and an explanation.
Resume analysis — Upload your CV and get personalised feedback on content, formatting, and keyword alignment with specific job descriptions.
AI cover letters — Generate tailored cover letters for any job in your tracker with one click. Edit and save for future use.
Mock interviews — Practice answering common and role-specific interview questions with AI feedback on clarity, relevance, and confidence.
Salary coach — Get data-driven salary benchmarks for your role, seniority, and target market to help you negotiate with confidence.
Career advisor & AI chat — Ask anything about your job search and get personalised advice.
300 AI credits/month — All AI tools consume credits from your monthly allowance. Additional credit packs (Starter 100cr €4.99, Standard 300cr €12.99, Pro 750cr €29.99, Power 2000cr €69.99) can be purchased separately.

Paying quarterly saves you €116 per year compared to the monthly rate (€232/year vs €348/year).

How to Upgrade

Go to Settings > Billing in your Xeito dashboard.
Select Premium and choose monthly or quarterly billing.
Enter your payment details (credit or debit card, or SEPA direct debit for EU users).
Your upgrade takes effect immediately — new features are unlocked right away.

You can change your billing frequency at any time from the same Billing page.

How to Cancel

Go to Settings > Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.

After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your job tracker data is retained, but any cards beyond the 5-job limit will be archived (not deleted) and become accessible again if you resubscribe.

If you cancel and resubscribe later, you pay whatever rate is in force at the time of resubscription — the launch price if it’s still available, otherwise the standard price.

EU Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving any reason. The refund is prorated based on the days of service already used, unless you were not properly informed of this right before your subscription began, in which case you’ll receive a full refund. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the date of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw — in practice, most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

This right applies once per subscription contract and does not apply to renewals of the same subscription — if you resubscribe after cancelling, a new 14-day right applies. Your subscription is a service, not digital content, so using AI credits does not affect this right or add any extra deduction — only the standard proportional deduction above applies.
